AI Studio
Use Gemini in AI Studio to craft and refine prompts, then share them on Webbin
Google AI Studio is a free browser-based tool for experimenting with Gemini models. It's great for iterating on prompts quickly — you can test different models, adjust parameters, and see results side by side without writing any code.
Step 1 — Open a new prompt
- Go to aistudio.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
- Click Create new prompt from the left sidebar.
- Choose Freeform for open-ended prompts, or Chat if you want to test a multi-turn conversation.
Step 2 — Write your prompt
Type your prompt in the main input area. A few tips:
- Be specific about the visual style. Describe layout, spacing, tone, and aesthetic clearly.
- Give context. The more Gemini understands about the product or use case, the better the output.
- Describe constraints. Light or dark mode, card-based or editorial, minimal or bold — be explicit.
Step 3 — Test and refine
Hit Run and review the output. If it's not quite right:
- Adjust the wording or add more constraints
- Try a different model (e.g. Gemini 1.5 Pro vs Flash) using the model picker on the right
- Tweak Temperature — lower values (0.2–0.5) give more focused outputs, higher values (0.8–1.0) give more creative ones
Repeat until the prompt reliably gives you the output you want.
Step 4 — Copy and submit to Webbin
Once you're happy:
- Copy your final prompt text.
- Head to webbin.dev and click Submit.
- Paste the prompt, add a title, pick a category — Landing, Dashboard, or Portfolio — add at least 3 tags, and submit for review.
That's it — once approved, your prompt will be live in the library for everyone to use.
